RETURN POLICY:

In the rare case your not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 days of the purchase date or delivery date for a refund on the unit purchase price only. We do not refund delivery or installation charges.

 

The returned item may have been used but cannot be functionally or cosmetically damaged.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee & pick up fee. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all Cardio equipment & a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to all Cable Machines & Rack Systems.

 

For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product.

Sales are considered final on the following items which are (not) returnable:

Item's considered as Special Order, None Stocked Equipment, made to order, pre-owned equipment, closeouts, discontinued items, floor models, free weight equipment, dumbbells, weight plates & accessories not in original packaging.

 

Equipment kept outdoors will also be considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
