  LifeCORE Fitness Inc is located in Vista, California, just a few minutes north of San Diego. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, our biggest asset as a manufacturer is our experience as fitness retailers. In the early 90's we started out as owner/operators of our very own fitness retail stores. We conduct business now, the same way we did then, with the consistent goal of impeccable customer service.
  
  The management/development team at LifeCORE Fitness spent many years on the showroom floor, developing relationships with you, the consumer. We listened to your needs, your health and fitness goals, your likes and dislikes about certain products and then we were there to service the product after the sale. This gave us incredible insight and experience that goes into the development of every LifeCORE Fitness product.

  Since it was founded in 1994 in Park City, Utah, PCE Health and Fitness (PCE) has established a reputation of innovation, quality products and community responsibility.

  In 2001, the company introduced the LifeSpan line of fitness equipment targeting the over-55, value conscious consumer. This award winning line of exercise equipment is now sold by fitness retailers across the United States, Mexico and Canada. Since its introduction, the line has grown to include both a high value HOME series line and a PRO series line targeting the high-end home user and institutional customer.

  Awards and recognition include a Gold Medal Excellence Award by the Industrial Design Society of America, Treadmill Doctor Best New Treadmill of the Year and multiple Best Buy awards, Recommended Buys from Consumer Guide and many others.

  Part of our success in receiving this number of awards in a short time has been the delivery of meaningful innovation.   To expand our product line beyond fitness equipment, PCE partnered with Fitness Forever, developer of the award winning Fitness Forever exercise program for seniors. This partnership provides PCE with proven competency in developing medically based exercise programming and an in-depth understanding of the medical fitness market.

  Power Blocks

  PowerBlock, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Greg Olson and Carl Towley. After working in the institutional fitness industry for over ten years, designing fitness equipment for companies such as Parabody®, and designing the free weight and modular lines for Cybex®. We wanted to start a company based on a unique technology. We knew we didn't want to be just another "me-too" manufacturer of generic weight lifting equipment.While researching the specialty fitness market we were continually amazed at the mountains of dumbbells we saw in every store we visited. We thought there must be a better way to provide fitness enthusiasts with the performance advantages of hand weights without the space and cost penalty inherent in the old fashioned hex head dumbbells and racks. Thus the idea for PowerBlock® was born and after two years of extensive development and testing PowerBlock® became a reality. Dreams really can become reality.
